What is Palatryx?
Palatryx is the management software for training centers in any field: leads, level tests, enrollments, scheduling, attendance, cash desk, unpaid fees and teacher payroll, with Mobile Money.
Which software should I use to manage a training center in Cameroon?
Palatryx brings teaching (sessions, scheduling, attendance) and money (installment payments in FCFA, Mobile Money, reminders) together in an English and French interface that works on a phone. The trial is free and needs no credit card: you test it on your own center.
How do I manage student payments?
At the cash desk: every payment produces a numbered receipt, tuition is split into dated installments, and reminders go out before and after the due date. A confirmed payment is never erased, it is refunded.
Can Palatryx manage a language school?
Yes: online placement test, A1 to C2 levels, groups and sessions, scheduling, attendance, installment payments and end-of-course certificates.
My center does not teach languages. Is Palatryx a good fit?
Yes. Describe your activity, start from a template (languages, IT, accounting or generic), then choose your own words, levels and fields in your settings.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Palatryx runs in the browser, on computer, tablet or phone.
Is Palatryx available in English?
Yes. The interface, the messages and the documentation are available in English and French: each user picks their language.
Can I bring over my Excel files?
Yes. Import students and leads as a CSV from Excel, using the template provided. Rows to fix are flagged before the import. Assisted data migration available as an add-on.
Is my data kept separate from other centers?
Yes. Each center has its own workspace, invisible to the others.
Can I manage several branches or cities?
Yes, with the Multi-site feature, from the On-site Max package: rooms, sessions, expenses and revenue are broken down by site, under a single management.
What happens at the end of the free trial?
Access is suspended until you choose a package, On-site Free, Online Free or Blended Free included. Your data is kept: everything comes back once you choose a package. With no activity at all for 6 months, the center is flagged for deletion, then erased.
What if I don't renew my subscription?
You keep access for 7 days after the due date, then the workspace locks until payment. Your data stays intact; with no activity at all for 6 months, the center is flagged for deletion, then erased.
How do I pay for my subscription?
By Mobile Money, following the instructions on the invoice sent by email. The package activates once payment is confirmed.
Can I change packages during my subscription?
Yes, at any time. The remaining time is deducted from the new package's price.
Can I export all of my data?
Yes. Management can export all the center's data in one archive, at any time.
