One record per company, one lead per request for seats
When a company sends you its employees, you create its record (contact, e-mail, phone, address) and log its request as a lead 'through a company', with the number of seats, from 1 to 999. In the pipeline it shows up as 'Company · 12 seats'.
The employees you train are attached to the record, with their sessions, what is still owed and the invoices.

One quote for all the seats
From the lead's record, generating the quote uses the number of seats as the quantity. You pick the sessions, apply a discount and send the quote by e-mail with its PDF, or by WhatsApp or SMS once you connect your accounts.
The company's contact accepts or declines it from the link they receive, or signs it online with a verification code. Once it is accepted, the lead moves to Enrolled and you add the employees from the company's record.

Grouped invoicing and payments
A single invoice covers a whole group: you tick the employees concerned and enter the total amount in whole units, a description and a due date. The company pays in one or several installments (cash, Mobile Money, card, bank transfer or cheque), each with its own reference.
Every invoice shows its status: unpaid, partially paid or settled. The company's record totals what is still owed. These payments are kept apart from the cash desk used for learners.

A company portal for the HR team
Invite the HR contact from the company's record: they get an invitation link and set up their access. The portal is read-only and shows only the company's own employees: their courses, level and status; their attendance rate for the month, with dated absences and late arrivals, exportable as CSV; and their quiz results, with a certificate for those who passed.
If absence alerts are turned on, the company is also notified in its portal when an employee is marked absent.

A certificate for every employee
When the level is validated at the end of a session, each employee's completion certificate is generated as a PDF, on your center's template, signature included.

Which software should I use to manage training for client companies?
A tool that links the company, its employees and their progress: company record, quote, grouped invoice, attendance and results. Palatryx brings all of that together for the training provider, and gives each company's HR team a read-only portal.
How do I invoice a company for several employees?
From the company's record, tick the employees concerned and enter a total amount: one invoice, paid in successive installments, from unpaid to settled. The amount is not split employee by employee.
Can a company follow its employees' attendance?
Yes, in its read-only company portal: the month's attendance rate for each employee, absences and late arrivals with the date and course, and a CSV export.
Can Palatryx send a quote to be signed online?
Yes, from the lead's record. The quote goes out with a link to accept or decline it online, or to sign it after a verification code. It is a simple electronic signature, not a qualified one.
